"Horrid Henry Changes a Nappy" is the forty-second episode in Series 2 and the 94th episode overall.
Synopsis[]
Horrid Henry is changing a nappy - just imagine him doing that!
Plot[]
The episode takes place in the living room where Henry was watching Gross Class Zero while Peter was hoovering the floor around and blocks his view. Henry tells Peter he’s watching TV and Peter tells Henry to be glad Mum hasn’t ask him to do the hoovering.
Henry asks why Mum didn't tell him to hoover because she usually does and Peter says she wants it done really really properly since someone very important is coming today and moves out of his way. Henry continues watching as Mum removes his arms around the sofa, fluffs the pilliow, gives him 5 more minutes on the TV but she also blocks his view and says ‘And stays Off’ and he replies ‘Yes, Mum’. Just then, Mum hears a car beep, looks out the window and sees Prissy Polly and Vomiting Vera coming much to Henry’s dismay. Mum had completely forgotten she invited them over to have coffee with her. So Mum decided to make this a quick one, turns off the TV and takes Henry to answer the door with her. Henry opens the door for Polly who comes inside and says today is going to be a good day (Mum also said that while putting her hands together) but then she changes the subject when Vera vomits on Henry, making him scream 'NOOOOOOOOO!!!' opening the title card.
Peter comes downstairs, greets Polly and notices Vera has a smelly nappy. Just then, Mum sees Mr Mossy in his blue car arriving and then says ‘Action stations, everyone!’. After getting vomited and cleaned up in the bathroom at the same time, Henry gets stuck looking after Vera upstairs for Polly who gets the kettle on while Mr Mossy talks to Mum about a promotion which she mentioned earlier downstairs with Peter playing his cello for Mr Mossy before giving Henry Vera’s baby bag from Polly then he tells him that he has to stay upstairs with Vera until Mr Mossy is gone or else. In his room, Vera vomits on Mr Kill then Henry cleans her up again and remembers he still needs to change her nappy. Just then Vera was about to crawl downstairs but Henry grabs her and Polly tells him not to come down yet. So Henry takes her back to his room where he hears Moody Margaret and Sour Susan singing Girl Rule song outside next door and he tells them to keep it down. Margaret mocks Henry thinking he's doing girl things and laughs along with Susan. Suddenly Henry gets an idea and says maybe Margaret and Susan know how to change a nappy because they are girls after all. After Henry asked them, Margaret doesn't know how to change a nappy but refuses to tell him that except Susan, so she whispered into her ear, and Margaret tells Henry how to do it, and he does it. But then, Vera spins the smelly nappy around, making a mess in Henry's room, and throws it out the open window, hitting Margaret who screams really really loud. Henry quickly carries Vera out of his room to Polly who thanks him for looking after her baby as Mum escorts Mr Mossy to the door when they all hear Margaret, yelling: 'I'LL GET YOU, HENRY!!!' off screen. Margaret then throws the dirty nappy through the window, and it lands on Henry's head. Peter sees, calls Henry a 'smelly nappy baby' and laughs, so does Vera, until she vomits all over Peter making him yell, 'Noooo!!!', ending the episode.
