Described as an 'old fusspot' by Henry, she thinks her daughter can do no wrong, and will defend her in situations even where she is in the wrong, such as when she fouls someone in Horrid Henry and the Football Fiend. She always calls Margaret 'Maggie Moo-Moo' and 'my little Maggie-Muffin'.
