Ralph has black hair and pale skin. He is 4 foot 4 inches tall.

He wears a grey jacket, a white shirt, a red tie with black stripes, grey trousers, and black shoes.
Personality
Ralph is generally more mean than rude in the books, even joining with Henry in bullying Perfect Peter in some stories. For example, in Horrid Henry's Stinkbomb, he calls Peter a crybaby.
