Spotless Sam is one of Perfect Peter's best friends. He's a member of the Best Boys Club. He is in Miss Lovely's class and is one of her favourite students.

- "Horrid Henry's Sports Day" - During the egg and spoon race, Sam slips on a broken egg and his lands on his head.
- "Horrid Henry's Horrid Revenge" - Sam, along with the rest of the Best Boys Club, gets into trouble when he is tricked by Henry.
- "Horrid Henry Runs Away" - Sam is at a Best Boys Club meeting when Henry tries to retrieve his suitcase.

- "Perfect Peter Pumps Up" - Sam witnesses Bossy Bill being horrible to Peter, but he was surprised that Peter beats him up afterwards (he was also a bit shocked and worried as he didn’t want Peter to get in trouble in case a teacher came in and saw he did to Bill).
- "Horrid Henry and the Climbing Frame Clincher" - At the end of the episode, Sam appears playing on the climbing frame.
- "Horrid Henry and the New Best Friend" - Sam appeared looking at Miss Oddbod's prized petunias, and blames Nasty Nicola for picking one of them.
- "Horrid Henry and the Code Crackers" - Sam appears helping out Henry and Ralph to try and crack a code. But it is later revealed that he was bribed by Margaret to give her the answer in exchange for some rubber gloves.
- "Horrid Henry Joins The Best Boys Club" - Sam appears in most of the episode sitting in the Best Boy's garden shed and he goes to Go-Kart Crazy with them.
- "Horrid Henry and the King of Bling" - Sam is with the other best boys watching DJB.
- "Horrid Henry Gets the Message" - Sam tells Henry he got the message.
- "Horrid Henry's Magic Mayhem" - Sam was listening to the book Miss Lovely was reading.
